In January, 2006, over holiday break, a group of College of Saint Mary teacher education and nursing students and faculty made a service trip to Belize, where they taught science methods to local teachers, planned and conducted a children's fair, provided health education and monitoring for local citizens, and continued construction on the Clarke Educational Institute building.  This mission program is a partnership of College of Saint Mary, Faith Westwood Methodist Church and the Clarke Institute in Calcutta, in the northern Corozol district of Belize.  Explore this site for photos of activities experienced by participants.
