• hands-on activities to explore and develop a sense of eco-responsibility resulting in a commitment to sustainable, or green, living in three major areas energy efficiency, conservation of water and reduction of waste

  developing useful technology skills

• understanding the importance of technology in personal and community life

• learn about careers for women in science, technology and mathematics

• meet and talk with Latin women leaders
