Purpose

     To engage Latina girls in: 

• hands-on activities to explore and develop a sense of responsibility resulting in a commitment to health and wellness, especially of women

• developing useful technology skills

• understanding the importance of technology in personal and community life

• learn about careers for women in science, technology and mathematics

• meet and talk with Latin women leaders

Who

• Latina girls from Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and Texas high schools who have completed ninth grade
• College of Saint Mary Staff & Faculty
• College of Saint Mary ESL Students
