Officers meeting

    New Concepts to initiate:

    v  All officers and committee members are to meet the Wednesday before a SEAN meeting

    v  Get to know your officers better:

o   Pictures, years and majors are too posted of each member on the SEAN board located in the education hallway outside of the education room.

    v  Minutes of past meetings are to be read at the beginning of each new meeting

    v  Agenda of meetings are to posted on line and on the SEAN board after each meeting

    v  Check ups are to made each week by email by the person running the next meeting to assure we are all on the same          page and everyone is involved as much as possible.

    v  Flier’s need to be out two weeks before the next meeting.

    v  Next semester a list of what activities we are going to do at each meeting so we can have a jump start on booking people to come in to speak.
