| My name is Beverly Bettendorf.
I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. I attended Kearney State College
now known as the University of Nebraska at Kearney where I
received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and Communications. After working in the fields of communication and human resources, I decided to stay home and raise my three children. When my youngest started kindergarten I obtained my local substitute certification. For the next five years I substitute taught for Saunders County Catholic Schools. I am currently a paraprofessional at Saint John Nepomucene School in Weston Nebraska. I have enjoyed my time working at this elementary school and look forward to obtaining my teacher certification through the Master of Arts in Teaching at the College of Saint Mary. |
