2. Old Business/Status Reports: 
  Baseball Game
--Successfully completed!
--All accounts settled with Treasurer and Rosenblatt

3. New Business: 
  Army Navy Game
--Name tags--Pruett will man the table on the way in, we'll provide name tags and marker and gather any additional society dues
--Brown will provide EAL form to Culkin so we get correct information for those who want to attend but don’t have base access
--We'll provide cell and Quarters 13 phone to enable any who are caught at the gate (like last year)
--Brown will send out flyer electronically and also by mail (time mid-Oct)
--Clarified that price was for ages 12 and up, but children younger are welcome
--Brown will take the RSVPs  
--Pruett volunteered for set-up
--Pruett is going to try and hunt down the old West Point banner (he knows it's last location)

  Supplies On Hand
--Culkin has the hand over from Choi:  booklet covers for Founders day, receipts for Army Navy, Founder's Day and the Ball Game

  Meeting Date and Time
--Attendees voted to move to Saturday AM (9AM) to deconflict from TDYs etc.
