· Currently employed as a Psychiatric Technician, working with acute and chronically mentally ill patients on an inpatient unit. · Responsible for determining current risk of dangerousness, identifying goals with patients and communicating with a treatment team. · Facilitate educational groups on an array of topics. · Implement crisis intervention.
· Employed as a Staffing Coordinator, applying operational and technical knowledge of ANSOS Systems, KRONOS Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and SYSM. · Prepared and presented multiple monthly productivity reports. · Facilitated communication with over seventy-five employees regarding individual staffing needs and communicated with outside organizations to ensure staffing needs for all units to maintain safety. · Additional responsibilities included reviewing and entering payroll of nursing staff.
