Communication is the key to success! Tell the
parents how their child's day has gone. They need to know the basic
information like diapering, and eating, but you also need to share the fun
things with them. Help them to not feel like they're missing out.
Write details on daily sheets. Explain a child's behavior. Add
observations and quotes. This will help build a strong relationship
between the teacher and parents, and also a strong relationship between
parent and child. Toddlers can not tell their parents how the day
went, but you can! |
