EDU 501 Examples for how to import your spreadsheet.

Budget Example 1: Saved As Web Page
Look at the example page.
The following are the steps I used.

1. I saved the file in Excel as a web page. Excel creates a web page and a folder with the same name.
2. I then imported the file and the folder with Expressions into my web site.
3. I then linked to the file.

Budget Example 2: Saved as a PDF file
Same process as above, only in Step one you save as a PDF file and this only creates one file. You will import just the file in the same way in Expressions and then link to it.

Example 3: Upload the Excel file
1. Open Expression - From the File Menu choose Imported then File
2. You will need to add just the Excel File
3. Then on your web page create a linked to the Excel file.

Budget Example 4 Copy and Paste
As you can see the Copy and Paste messes with the formatting

Reading Grade Book
This grade book was created as an example for the students in EDU 501 on 4/13/04.
The names and grades are all factious.
