Welcome to my site!

I completed my bachelor's degree at Southwest Baptist University where I majored in Intercultural Studies with a concentration in Teaching English as a Second Language. At the end of May 2007, I left with one other classmate to study abroad in South Asia for six months.  While we were there we studied the culture, language, people, and also taught English to university students and nurses.

I'm currently enrolled in the FastTrack program at College of Saint Mary to complete my teacher's certificate and Master of Arts in Teaching.  After finishing this program, I hope to find a job as an ELL teacher or elementary teacher in a local school district.
