Objective: Save a PowerPoint presentation to HTML format so that it may be viewed in Internet Explorer.

Assumptions:

1. You have completed a PowerPoint presentation
2. You have access to save files to your local computer, network or a web folder such as:
   http://education.csm.edu/students/flastname/

Steps:

1. Select "File" then "Save as Web Page..."
   
2. Navigate to where you are going to save this presentation. This could either be a:
   • Folder on your local computer
   • CD, floppy disk or other media
   • Folder on your local network
   • Web folder

   

3. Create a new folder to hold your presentation.  Name the folder something relevant to your presentation.
   Use this Icon:
   
4. Select "OK"
5. Change the "File name" to something relevant to your presentation
6. Select "Save"
